Returns

Radiants does not accept returns for change of mind or if the product does not meet your expectations. We encourage you to review product details and images carefully before purchasing. Note that slight color variations may occur due to screen differences. For specific concerns, please contact us at orders@radiants.com.au before placing your order. Please note that sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Radiants offers refunds, repairs, or replacements for products that are faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality. If you encounter an issue with your order, contact us at orders@radiants.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will promptly assist you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days, covering the purchase price and original shipping costs. Please note that return shipping is not covered. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, contact us at orders@radiants.com.au for further assistance.
